WHY?

We started Pasefika's Choice to share the flavors of the Pacific with our community in Tacoma and beyond. We wanted people ~ whether they grew up eating oka on a Sunday kogai or had never tasted taro ~ to feel the warmth and generosity that define Pacific Island culture. Every plate we serve is an invitation: come to our table, share our story, and feel at home.
